Sales Manager 

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving year-on-year sales growth and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store KPIs
• Monitoring sales, conversion rate, average order value, items per sale and product attachments
• Leading from the front by completing sales, supporting customer conversations and helping close deals
• Identifying sales opportunities and taking immediate action to improve performance
• Developing sales plans and growth strategies with store and regional leadership
• Managing the performance and growth of assigned product categories outside 12V and refrigeration
• Adjusting rosters in response to customer demand and trading patterns
• Building repeat business through strong product knowledge and exceptional customer service
• Supporting showroom replenishment, visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Promoting a safe, positive and performance-driven workplace culture

About You

You are an energetic and commercially focused retail leader who enjoys being actively involved with customers and your team.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading a retail sales team
• A strong record of achieving revenue targets and improving sales performance
• Confidence using sales KPIs and performance data to guide decisions
• Excellent coaching, communication and people-leadership skills
• A proactive, action-oriented approach to identifying and resolving challenges
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• The ability to lead by example in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience managing rosters, workloads and team performance
• A genuine interest in outdoor, camping, automotive or adventure products
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends
