1. Purpose of This Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our recruitment services, job postings, and related offerings.
It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable service agreement.
Where refund-related matters are concerned, this Refund Policy provides the primary framework governing eligibility, timelines, and conditions.
2. General Refund Principles
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis
- All refund requests must comply with this Refund Policy and the applicable service agreement
- Submitting a refund request does not create an automatic right to a refund
- Refunds are only considered within the timelines outlined below
3. 30-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing in a specific service agreement.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for consideration.
4. Job Posting Services
Eligible for RefundA refund may be considered if:
- The job posting has not been published or activated, or
- A verified technical issue on our platform prevented the job posting from going live
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The job posting has already been published or promoted
- Applications, candidate views, or interactions have occurred
- The job posting was removed due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions
- The cancellation is requested for internal, strategic, or business reasons after publication
Once a job posting goes live, the service is considered delivered.
5. Recruitment & Headhunting Services
Due to the time-based and resource-intensive nature of recruitment services:- Full refunds may be considered if no recruitment activity has commenced
- Partial refunds may be considered if the service is cancelled within 30 days and limited work has been performed
- No refunds will be issued once candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, or introductions have begun
Work already performed cannot be reversed and is considered non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with this Refund Policy and any applicable service agreement.
Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund, particularly where services have already commenced or resources have been allocated.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing:- Administrative or setup fees
- Custom or bespoke recruitment campaigns
- Featured or promotional job listings
- Third-party advertising or platform costs
- Consultation or advisory services already delivered
8. Guarantees (If Applicable)
Any placement guarantees or replacement terms are governed exclusively by the specific service agreement under which they were offered.
Such guarantees do not imply or create a general right to a refund unless explicitly stated.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within the 30-day period and include:- Company or individual name
- Invoice or transaction reference
- Reason for the refund request

10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times typically range between 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
11. Policy Updates
