Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers (MIS).
- Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support HR in offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
