Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle candidate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Track employee attendance, working hours, and leave records.
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR operations.
