Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Handle candidate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Track employee attendance, working hours, and leave records.
  • Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR operations.
