Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyse the higher education ecosystem across India and the world to identify institutions, academic clusters, student communities and potential engagement networks.
  • Identify colleges and universities capable of becoming strategic institutional partners for the organisation’s academic, technology, talent and societal initiatives.
  • Engage professionally with Directors, Deans, Principals, Heads of Departments, Professors and student campus leaders
  • Understand complex organisational concepts, technology initiatives and strategic programs and translate them into compelling narratives for academic audiences.
  • Study student behaviour, participation psychology and institutional decision-making patterns to design effective student acquisition and engagement models.
  • Develop strategies capable of converting institutional access into genuine student participation rather than nominal registrations or database submissions.
  • Analyse participation funnels including institutional outreach, student discovery, communication, registration, engagement, completion and long-term community retention.
  • Build talent intelligence repositories that enable the organisation to identify emerging student talent across institutions and geographies.
  • Prepare post-program analytical reports identifying participation patterns, institutional response, student behaviour and opportunities for scale.
  • Travel extensively to academic institutions and personally represent the organisation wherever strategic institutional engagement requires direct presence.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking ability.
  • The intellectual curiosity to independently study unfamiliar subjects.
  • A demonstrated habit of extensive reading and knowledge acquisition.
  • The ability to understand an abstract concept and convert it into a structured execution framework.
  • Confidence to engage with senior academicians and institutional leadership.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling and persuasive communication capabilities.
  • The ability to ask intelligent questions and extract meaningful information from institutional discussions.
  • High learning velocity and the ability to operate across technology, economics, education, talent and societal subjects.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to execute without continuous operational supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally based on organisational requirements
