Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and handling day-to-day HR tasks.
3. Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs and other HR events.
4. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with onboarding new employees and providing them with necessary support.
6. Conducting research on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
7. Communicating effectively with employees and management, demonstrating proficiency in spoken English.
