Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
5. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
6. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees
7. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for senior management
