Job Description
Responsibilities
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in English Literature, American Literature, Communications,
Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment,
budget tracking, and employee relations.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong editing and
proofreading skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience with international hiring and cross-border HR management is essential.
- Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation across departments.
- Ability to monitor and coordinate accounting activities in collaboration with external accounting
partners, ensuring budget compliance and timely reporting.
- Expertise in employer branding and creating engaging PR strategies to attract talent via social
media and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media recruiting and creating digital campaigns to engage
candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
