Systems and Resource Analyst

This role will act as a key link between technical systems and business operations, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and continuous improvement of workflows. Benefits Competitive salary Health and wellness programs Professional development opportunities Paid time off Task & responsibilities Identify, investigate and analyse complex business processes, operational procedures, and resource planning practices across RMEM’s mechanical, electrical and fabrication operations.
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyse and document functional business requirements for system improvements, resource management and system integrations. Use data and process modelling techniques to develop clear and detailed system specifications to support the design, development and enhancement of business systems and ERP platforms. Act as a central technical reference and information resource, providing expert advice and guidance to management on system functionality, performance and project decision-making.
Identify system inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks, and recommend and implement improvements to optimise workflows, system performance and resource allocation. Apply project management methodologies and techniques to plan, coordinate and deliver system improvement initiatives, including resource planning, scheduling and cost considerations. Configure, maintain and enhance ERP systems to support accurate reporting, predictive modelling and efficient capacity planning across operations.
Collaborate with developers, IT teams and system providers to design, test and implement system improvements and integrations aligned with business requirements. Develop and execute system testing plans to ensure the quality, functionality and integrity of system solutions prior to deployment. Prepare user documentation and deliver training to staff to support effective adoption and utilisation of systems and process improvements.
Qualification & experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in systems analysis or related field Strong knowledge of system design and implementation Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment .
