Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives involving AI/ML solutions, software platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, and delivery alignment across technical and business functions, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineering, architecture, data science, AI/ML, security, procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
• Facilitate system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making processes while ensuring alignment between technical execution and commercial priorities.
• Manage interdependencies across teams, platforms, and external integrations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to scalability, performance, security, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, execution frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to ensure effective program management at scale.
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives involving data pipelines, model deployment, MLOps processes, and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Provide clear and structured communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reporting dashboards, executive updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Influence decision-making and facilitate alignment among senior leaders, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies, operational processes, and delivery frameworks to enhance execution efficiency and organizational maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar leadership roles delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technology programs involving software engineering, digital transformation, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture principles, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, monitoring, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum-related credentials are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and business functions without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and experience managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Previous experience within highly regulated or complex industries such as energy, healthcare, financial services, or industrial sectors is considered a plus.
• Technical background or prior experience as a software engineer, architect, or technical lead is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
