Job Description

Responsibilities
1.Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, social media, or in-person meetings.
2.Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
3.Present and explain products or services to clients.
4.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
6.Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction.
7.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8.Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
9.Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
10.Coordinate with the operations or support team to ensure smooth order processing.
11.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products.
12.Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
