Your new role
This role sits at Level 3 and focuses on providing advanced technical support for POS and payment solutions. You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end site installations, configuration, and ongoing technical support for POS systems and payment terminals.
The role combines in‑office work with regular onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional locations. You’ll also be involved in pre‑launch activities such as device programming and menu builds, acting as a subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams.
You’ll work directly with customers, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and ensure a high-quality, professional on-site experience that reflects the brand.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Hands-on experience supporting POS and payment systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across POS hardware, terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity
- Experience completing end‑to‑end site installs, upgrades, and migrations
- Confidence working directly with customers on site and remotely
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Flexibility to occasionally support outside standard business hours
