Development Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, events, and direct prospecting.
2. Identify entrepreneurs, founders, SMEs, exporters, manufacturers and professionals interested in UAE/GCC expansion.
3. Meet prospects personally and understand their business, expansion plans,ans and requirements.
4. Present RAICHAND’s BUILD, TEST, EXPAND & DISTRIBUTE solutions.
5. Explain suitable UAE market-entry and business expansion options.
6. Conduct follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
7. Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
8. Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
9. Maintain daily/weekly lead-generation and sales activity records.
10. Coordinate with the RAICHAND execution team for onboarding and service delivery.
11. Continuously identify new channels, territories and networks for lead generation.

1. What You Will Sell:
The BDM will generate and develop opportunities around:
BUILD
Business planning, market research, strategy, lead generation, systems and other business-support services.
TEST
An opportunity to TEST the UAE market under the RAICHAND License Structure before committing to a full independent setup.
EXPAND
Support for businesses ready to establish their own presence and EXPAND into the UAE.
DISTRIBUTE
Opportunities for manufacturers and product businesses looking to access GCC markets through sourcing and distribution solutions.

2. Compensation Structure:
Commission Pay + Field Allowances
The role is designed around performance and business generation.
Commission will be linked to successfully generated and converted business, with the opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.

3. Onboarding Structure
The initial period will focus on business development performance, market understanding and practical field execution.

4. First Month:
Performance-based field engagement, lead generation, prospect meetings and evaluation.

5. After One Month:
Successful candidates meeting the required performance and suitability criteria will proceed with formal RAICHAND onboarding and continued engagement under the company’s applicable structure.
