Sales & Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and secure new clients requiring blue-collar labour solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
• Develop strong client relationships and industry networks
• Prepare quotations and tailored labour solutions
• Oversee workforce delivery, rostering and client requirements
• Work closely with recruitment teams to meet workforce needs
• Ensure compliance, service quality and operational standards are maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
• Strong ability to generate leads, win new business and grow client accounts
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in labour hire, recruitment or workforce solutions highly regarded
• Rail, construction, engineering or technical industry experience advantageous
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
