Business Solution Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Product Presentation & Demonstration 

• To prepare presentation slide and interactive video animation for product features. 
• To deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and current clients. 

Technical Proposal Preparation 

• Manage sales bid process by responding to Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP). 
• Put together business cases in technical proposal to support client’s RFI / RFP. 

Business Requirement Gathering (new business requirement, change request) 

• Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service 
• Analyse the existing product or services and identify solutions that resonate with the client’s requirements.  
• Liaise with Product Development Team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements 
• Translate business requirement into use cases and sequential diagram in BRD document. 
• Ensure technical specification meet business needs and requirements. 

Product Improvement 

• Conduct competitive product analysis and market research; and keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes 
• Regular review existing products and service and identify the product improvement, solution enhancement 
• Liaise with Product Development Team for arranging internal product improvement plan into product roadmap  

Qualification: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Information System or related field or equivalent. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication, consultative and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills to both business and technical audiences. 
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy for business requirements. 
• Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Self- motivated and ability to work independently. 
• IT E-Commerce Payment and Banking Industry understanding will be value added. 
• Candidates who have business analysis certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CFLBA, PMA) would have an added advantage. 
• Candidates who have minimum 2 years of working experiences are welcome.
