Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in English Literature, American Literature, Communications,

Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment,

budget tracking, and employee relations.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong editing and

proofreading skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.

  • Experience with international hiring and cross-border HR management is essential.
  • Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation across departments.
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate accounting activities in collaboration with external accounting

partners, ensuring budget compliance and timely reporting.

  • Expertise in employer branding and creating engaging PR strategies to attract talent via social

media and other platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media recruiting and creating digital campaigns to engage

candidates.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
