Documentation AND Testing Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across the new web-based platform.

Develop, maintain, and update test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to validate requirements and system functionality.

Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, release notes, and operating procedures.

Support end-to-end testing efforts across all modules and workflows within the platform.

Participate in requirement reviews, solution validation, and readiness assessments.

Assist with training materials and knowledge-transfer activities as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Strong, hands-on experience with WLT and related business processes.Proven experience supporting testing and documentation activities for web-based applications.

Experience creating comprehensive test documentation and user-facing documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working on large-scale web application modernization or migration projects.

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
