Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned pharmacy customer groups.
- Drive sales, distribution, promotional activity and category performance against targets.
- Use customer, shopper, category and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, finance and sales to deliver customer initiatives.
- Own demand forecasts and contribute to accurate volume planning through S&OP processes.
- Build trusted relationships with buyers, category managers and pharmacy partners.
This role reports to the National Business Manager, and due to the location of the accounts will require interstate travel from time to time.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with pharmacy customer groups, ideally in consumer healthcare or FMCG.
- Strong account management, customer planning and negotiation capability.
- Wholesale management experience.
- Commercial acumen across finance, promotional investment and performance drivers.
- Confidence using data, insights and forecasts to shape customer strategy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Hunger and determination to reach the full potential of the accounts.
