Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3. Analyze and maintain HR data using MS-Excel to track employee performance, attendance, and other key metrics.
4. Develop and implement training programs to support employee development and growth.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
6. Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure optimal team performance.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and compliance requirements to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
