Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
3. Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
4. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports using MS-Excel for data analysis.
6. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.
7. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and help foster a positive work culture.
