Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to leadership and operational teams.

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage calendars.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, email management, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare-related processes and standards.
