What you’ll be doing
prospect to, demonstrate the product, negotiate and ultimately sell the Reapit suite of products to new clients.
- Conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations that highlight the value and ROI of the Reapit platform tailored to client needs.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close, including drafting proposals and handling commercial negotiations.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and delivering reliable forecasting to leadership.
- Attending industry events or webinars to build relationships and stay informed on market trends and client challenges.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for new business acquisition.
It is expected that through the above skills the employee will not only sell Reapit services but create a platform for success for the client through setting correct expectations and communicating clearly with internal teams to ensure they get the most from Reapit.
Who we’re looking for

- Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales roles
- Minimum of 2 years in a client facing or sales role within tech sales with demonstratable outstanding customer service skills
- A motivated self-starter who embraces technology and innovation
- Demonstratable negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems through active listening, effective elicitation of information and refined problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised with proficiency in multi-tasking and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstratable conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable with presenting internally and externally on client sites
