Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update information as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
- Follow company processes and service standards.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
