Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
  • Follow company processes and service standards.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Voice Process is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
