Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants to introduce SafeLoans and discuss partnership opportunities.
• Explain SafeLoans’ home loan products, eligibility criteria, benefits, and co-marketing/lead-sharing models in a clear, professional manner.
• Qualify agents’ interest and potential fit by gathering relevant information (area of operation, client volume, typical property values).
• Schedule follow-up meetings or virtual calls between interested agents and the sales/partnership team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, contact notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or specified tool).
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets (calls, meetings scheduled, partnerships onboarded).
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams for onboarding new agent partners and sharing collateral.
• Provide regular feedback from market conversations to help refine product messaging and partnership offers.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, interest rates, and eligibility changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0.5–3 years experience in telecalling, customer acquisition, B2B sales, or partner outreach (experience in real estate or financial services is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages (e.g., Rajasthani/Hindi dialects) is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive phone presence with good listening and objection-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of home loan products, eligibility norms, and the real estate ecosystem.
• Comfortable with CRM use and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
• Professional, courteous demeanor and aptitude for relationship building.
