Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause, escalating as necessary, and ensuring a timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to better understand customer expectations and market dynamics.
• Adhere to established service levels, response times, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate, Undergraduate or HSC Candidate can apply for this Job.
• Fresher also applicable for this post
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Work From Home option Is available.
