Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to Australian vehicle insurance policies.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Generate and manage reports using Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Calling BPO (Voice Process).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must have:
  • Personal Laptop/Desktop
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi Connection
  • Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
