Job Description
Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM-based communication channels.
* Assess client requirements and identify suitable advertising, branding, or promotional solutions.
* Present company services in a clear and professional manner.
* Manage the complete lead-to-client conversion process.
* Track interactions, updates, and follow-up activities through the CRM platform.
* Develop long-term business relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with creative and operational teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.
* Meet assigned business development and revenue objectives.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.
* Prior exposure to advertising, media, marketing, branding, or related industries is preferred.
* Professionals from other sectors may be considered if they possess strong client-facing experience and a solid understanding of advertising concepts.
* Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Good understanding of how advertising and branding support business growth.
* Professional attitude with a high level of accountability and commitment.
Language Skills
* Strong command of both English and Hindi, including speaking and written communication.
* Additional regional language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
