Job Description

Your new role

As a TechnologyOne Support Officer (Level 1/2), you will provide day-to-day application support across council systems, with a strong focus on TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere (CIA). You will manage support tickets, troubleshoot system issues, maintain user access, and assist with financial and administrative modules. This role is primarily L1 support with exposure to selected L2 responsibilities.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience supporting TechnologyOne systems (Ci Anywhere / CIA)
  • Background in Level 1/2 application support environments
  • Knowledge of user account management, roles, and permissions
  • Exposure to financial or administrative systems support
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage a busy support queue and prioritise effectively

Desirable: Local Government experience or exposure to specific TechnologyOne modules.
