Role Responsibilities:
- Study for and complete your Certificate III in Information Technology.
- Manage IT support cases and provide users with appropriate technical guidance.
- Follow standard helpdesk/administration procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
- Perform software installations.
- Respond to technical assistance requests via phone and remote access.
- Receive comprehensive training to support your development.
