Job Description

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
  • Provide software and technical support for InBody products and applications.
  • Assist customers with software integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with international support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support customer onboarding and training.
  • Conduct onsite service visits, maintenance, and device health checks.
  • Assist with installations, commissioning, and equipment setup.
  • Complete service reports and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and proactively identify service opportunities.

About You

  • Recent Graduates

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Confidence speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Experience working with software applications.
  • Experience with device installations or servicing.
