UI/UX Designer – User-Centered Design

Job Description

Role Overview :

As a UI/UX Designer you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients’ digital products and platforms. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will translate business requirements and user research into compelling designs that meet user needs and achieve business goals. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

– Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, informing design decisions and improving user satisfaction.

– Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and user requirements.

– Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, enhancing user engagement and brand perception.

– Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity and usability across platforms.

– Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data, continuously improving the user experience and achieving business objectives.

– Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

– Proven expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

– Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

– Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS to effectively communicate with developers and ensure design feasibility.

– Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
