Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for our core products. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring the visual consistency and usability of our products. This role directly impacts user satisfaction, customer engagement, and ultimately, the success of our business by delivering exceptional and user-centric design solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

– Prototype-to-Production : Take our Lovable prototypes and fine-tune them into a cohesive, high-fidelity Design System in Figma.

– Data Visualization Mastery : Design intuitive charts, heatmaps, and “payout cards” that make Zomato/Swiggy data instantly understandable.

– Agent-Ready Handover : Deliver designs that are optimized for AI-Augmented Developers-using clean auto-layouts, standardized tokens, and clear component states.

– Iterative UX : Conduct rapid-fire usability audits on the live Flutter and React builds, using AI tools to predict user friction before it happens.

– Multi-Platform Consistency : Ensure the design language scales perfectly from a mobile app (Android/iOS) to a large-screen Web dashboard.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

– Design Core : 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of data-dense B2B or FinTech products.

– Figma Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping).

– AI Design Tooling : Deep experience using AI-augmented design tools (v0.dev, Galileo AI, Midjourney, or Figma AI) to accelerate the creative process.

Should-Have Skills & Experience :

– Prototyping Background : Experience working with high-fidelity prototyping tools (like Lovable, Framer, or Webflow) to demonstrate motion and interaction.

– Design Systems : Proven ability to build and maintain a library of reusable design tokens and components.

– Collaboration : Experience working in a “Contract-First” environment, coordinating closely with Tech Architects and Developers.

Good-To-Have Skills & Experience :

– Educational Background : Degree in Design, HCI, or Fine Arts from a premier institution (NID/IIT-IDC/Srishti).

– Front-End Awareness : Basic understanding of Flutter and React constraints to ensure designs are “buildable.”
