UI/UX Designer
Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
– Apply strong design principles including hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color theory
– Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design solutions
– Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
– Maintain consistency using design systems and style guides
– Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing
– Ensure designs are responsive and accessible
Requirements :
– 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
– Strong understanding of design principles (visual hierarchy, alignment, contrast, spacing, typography)
– Proficiency in Figma
– Basic knowledge of UX processes (user flows, personas, usability)
– Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Good to Have :
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
– Experience working on live projects or case studies
– Familiarity with design systems
– Understanding of accessibility standards
– Secondary skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
