Responsibilities

Role Description The UI/UX Designer at LeadVaultAI will design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web applications and internal tools that support AI-driven lead generation. In this full-time, 100% remote role, the designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, defining interaction patterns, and refining designs based on feedback and usability testing. The designer will ensure design consistency through reusable components and design systems, and work closely with front-end developers to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible experiences. This role also involves contributing to the overall product vision and helping evolve the brand’s visual language across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, journey mapping, and information architecture.
• Candidates should possess visual design skills, including creating high-quality mockups, layout design, typography, and consistent UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess prototyping skills, including building interactive prototypes, validating concepts through usability testing, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Candidates should possess front-end collaboration skills, including familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively hand off designs and work with engineering teams.
