UI/UX Designer
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences aligned with product objectives
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Translate complex workflows into simple and effective user interfaces
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience
• Present design solutions and recommendations during meetings to educate and drive best outcomes for the team
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or product-based environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform design standards
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
