Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Design clean, user-centric, and conversion-focused UI/UX for web applications and landing pages, ensuring seamless developer handoff through Figma.
2. Create engaging social media creatives for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including static posts, carousels, and advertising assets.
3. Develop, maintain, and expand brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, brand guidelines, and reusable design templates.
4. Translate marketing briefs into high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and pitch decks.
5. Ensure design consistency across all Novrix and client-facing touchpoints.
6. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver impactful visual experiences.
7. Iterate and optimize creative assets based on campaign performance data, user feedback, and business objectives.
8. Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance creative output.
