Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage offer negotiations and follow up until successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Embedded Systems, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet hiring targets.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in IT Staffing, Consulting, Product-Based, or IT Services recruitment is preferred.

Preferred

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• Candidates with a stable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
