Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional revenue targets across both primary and secondary sales channels.
- Drive expansion of the sales network by adding and activating new dealers.
- Ensure profitability and healthy turnover across the sales network.
- Maximize market coverage by increasing town and outlet penetration within the assigned region.
- Maintain strong financial discipline by ensuring timely collections and controlling outstanding payments (DSO).
Qualifications-
- 7-10 years of experience in sales management and leadership, with a proven track record preferably in industries such as High Pressure Laminates (HPL), Paints, Plywood, Hardware, Tiles and Ceramics.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and dealer performance; proficiency in MS Excel required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and training field sales teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively (25% – 50%+) within the assigned region.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and manage strong B2B relationships.
