Sales Executive

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in any discipline; Sales specialization is a plus.
• 13 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a performance-based role.
• Familiarity with CRM tool (GoHighLevel) and MS Office is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
