Sales Engineer 

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
• Architects
• Structural Consultants
• Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
• Industrial Consultants
• EPC Contractors
• Civil Contractors
• Developers
• Factory Owners and Industrial Customers
• Identify upcoming projects such as:
• Manufacturing plants
• Industrial sheds
• Warehouses
• Logistics facilities
• Factory expansions
• Commercial / institutional steel buildings
• Generate new PEB enquiries through regular market visits, networking, consultant meetings and project tracking.
• Meet customers, architects and consultants regularly and present Hakke Industries’ PEB capabilities.
• Develop relationships with consultants so that Hakke Industries is considered during the design, specification and tendering stages of projects.
• Track projects from the conceptual stage until RFQ, quotation, negotiation and order closure.
• Collect project information including:
• Project location
• Building area
• Approximate tonnage
• Project stage
• Consultant / architect details
• Customer details
• Drawings and specifications
• Expected project timeline
• Competitor information
• Coordinate with the internal estimation, design, commercial and technical teams for preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Arrange technical and commercial meetings between customers and Hakke Industries’ management / engineering team.
• Follow up continuously on submitted quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain accurate customer visit reports, lead updates and project information in the company’s CRM / sales tracking system.
• Conduct competitor and market intelligence activities within the assigned region.
• Build a strong database of architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors and industrial customers within the territory
