Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of banking and regulatory reporting projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular status updates.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Manage projects related to financial and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Audit, and Operations teams.
• Maintain project documentation to support regulatory audits.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings with senior leadership, business teams, and technology teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Technology teams, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
• Monitor deliverables across multiple teams.
• Resolve project issues and remove execution blockers.
• Drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive reports.
• Present project updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and project governance frameworks.
