Product Designer – UX/UI Design

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to create intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences for our B2B SaaS / enterprise products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex user problems, working across the entire design lifecycle, and delivering pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs.

What Youll Do :

User Research & Problem Discovery :

– Conduct user interviews, workshops, and UX audits

– Apply heuristic evaluation (10 usability heuristics) to identify usability gaps

– Translate insights into actionable design solutions

UX Design & Information Architecture :

– Create user flows, journey maps, personas, sitemaps, and IA

– Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B workflows

– Ensure usability, accessibility, and efficiency across products

UI Design & Prototyping :

– Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI using modern design tools

– Build wireframes and interactive prototypes with varying fidelity

– Deliver developer-ready designs with clear specifications

Testing & Optimization :

– Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback analysis

– Iterate based on user insights and performance data

– Continuously improve product experience across releases

Design Systems & Consistency :

– Contribute to and maintain design systems (DSM), components, and patterns

– Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product

Collaboration & Communication :

– Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders

– Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale

– Deliver design artifacts with proper documentation and timelines

What Were Looking For :

– 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for B2B SaaS / Enterprise products

– Strong experience in end-to-end design (research , UX ? UI , testing)

– Ability to create high-quality, developer-ready Figma designs

– Good understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must Have :

– Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

– Strong portfolio showcasing :

– B2B / SaaS product design work

– Detailed case studies (not just UI screens)

– Understanding of design systems and component-based design

Preferred :

– Background in Design (NID / NIFT / IIT / equivalent)

– Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript

– Experience working in B2B SaaS / enterprise environments
