Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic technology and channel partners aligned with Santriya Technologies” AI and digital services portfolio
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, co-selling frameworks, and partner incentive programmes
- Manage relationships with key partners including cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI platform vendors, and system integrators
- Coordinate joint marketing, demand generation, and event activities with partners
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contributions, and KPIs
- Facilitate partner training, enablement, and certification programmes
- Negotiate partnership agreements, MoUs, and commercial terms with support from legal teams
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal delivery, sales, and marketing teams
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans where required
- Represent Santriya Technologies at partner events, roadshows, and industry
