Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage end-to-end revenue operations processes covering lead-to-cash workflows
- Administer and optimise CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong, Clari, Chorus)
- Develop sales forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting dashboards
- Define, track, and report on key revenue KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, churn, and LTV
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes, data, and tools
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modelling in coordination with finance and leadership
- Identify and eliminate revenue process bottlenecks through data-driven analysis
- Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, billing, and finance systems
- Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to improve outreach, qualification, and forecasting accuracy
- Produce monthly and quarterly business review materials for executive leadership
- Onboard and train revenue team members on systems, processes, and reporting tools.
