Responsibilities

• Delivery Ownership: Own each JD from intake to fulfillment. Set the sourcing plan, track progress, and close roles on time.
• Team Leadership: Manage and grow the recruiter team. We plan to scale from around 10 to 25 recruiters.
• Intake And Kickoff: Run intake calls with customers. Turn each JD into a clear, settled spec before sourcing starts.
• Process And Quality: Build a standard delivery process. Set quality gates for screening and submissions so we send strong candidates only.
• Tools And Platform: Use the SproutsAI platform and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and GitHub. Push the team to use our AI agents well.
• Metrics And Reporting: Track pipeline health, time to fill, submission to interview ratio, and offer to join. Report weekly to leadership and to customers.
• Customer Success: Be the main delivery contact for customers. Manage expectations, solve problems fast, and grow accounts.What You May Own Later (Business Development, Optional)
  • BD Team: Build and run a small BD team to win new RaaS business.
  • Pipeline: Set up outbound to HR leaders, founders, and engineering leaders. Own the sales pipeline from lead to signed contract.
  • Positioning: Position SproutsAI as a platform first, with white-glove delivery as an option.Must-Have Qualifications
    • 10+ years in recruitment, with 4+ years leading a recruitment or delivery team (agency, RPO, or in-house).
    • Hands-on experience recruiting for both US and India markets.
    • Proven record of closing roles across tech and non-tech, preferably for tech startups.
    • Strong at running a team and hitting delivery targets.
    • Comfort with recruitment tools and data-led decisions.
    • Clear written and spoken English. Works well with US and India customers across time zones.
    • Self-starter who can run a remote team with little hand-holding.Good To Have
      • Experience in an RPO or staffing services firm.
      • Experience scaling recruitment for high-growth tech startups.
      • Some business development or account growth experience.
