End‑to‑End Leadership Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior management roles across functions.
- Understand role requirements, define job specifications, and design effective search strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership-level mandates.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Mapping
- Leverage local job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms for high-quality sourcing.
- Utilize alternate sourcing channels, including employee referrals, networking, industry mapping, and head-hunting.
- Conduct market intelligence and scanning for leadership talent within the FMCG and facility management sectors.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on search progress, talent insights, and market availability.
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and leadership hiring best practices.
