Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior IT Operations Specialist to join our IT Operations team. This role supports the delivery of secure, consistent and reliable technology services across BNK, helping our colleagues stay connected, productive and supported.

You will provide day-to-day technical support, manage service requests, contribute to operational documentation and work closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver timely and effective IT outcomes.

What you will bring

  • A relevant qualification in IT or equivalent experience You bring a helpful, customer-first approach to technical support.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage your time and stay organised in a busy support environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and enjoy working with people across different teams.
  • A passion for providing technical support and direction.
  • You have, or are developing, experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure administration, CI/CD concepts or PowerShell scripting.
  • A positive, can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to tickets in the IT Support Queue.
  • Provide friendly help desk and technical support to colleagues across the business.
  • Support colleague onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with IT asset management, administration and documentation.
  • Help maintain consistent operational procedures, support strategies and configuration practices.
  • Support risk with input into control documentation for the IT Operations group.
  • Contribute to operational improvement activities for business teams and IT.
  • Work collaboratively with business teams, leaders and service providers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
