Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• L1–L2 end-user support at the Singapore office

• Support for use of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

• Troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, etc.

• Onboarding/offboarding support

• IT asset and inventory management

• Issue management and coordination among JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors

• IT operations improvement and support for various IT projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline

• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
