Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based positions
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support employee relations and resolve HR-related concerns professionally
• Research U.S. labor laws and employment regulations as required
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment requirements
• Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Work closely with management on organizational planning and workforce needs
• Support payroll coordination and HR administration where required
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company culture development
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with U.S.-based organizations
• Experience recruiting for remote international teams
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR compliance, and workplace regulations
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment platforms
• Strong understanding of documentation and compliance processes
• SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certifications are a plus
