Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a minimum of two HRMS product demonstrations daily for prospective and existing clients.
2. Understand client HR requirements and present relevant HRMS modules and features.
3. Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations for clients across different locations.
4. Follow up after demonstrations and coordinate the next stage of the pre-sales process.
5. Promote additional HRMS modules and solutions to existing clients.
6. Collaborate with the sales, digital marketing, and product teams to support business objectives.
7. Prepare presentations and basic reports using PowerPoint and MS Excel.
